The Joiner’s Workshop was completed in 2022. It is a bespoke residential project featuring a unique ‘Y” shape form responding to its context. The project uses sustainable locally sourced timber cladding with internal exposed timber structural elements. For heating and water it uses an air source heat pump combined with a solar array on the roof to reduce running costs. the original stone element was the Joiner’s Workshop, which has been extended in timber to contrast.
